It could be a lot of things, and it would depend on how eclipse is starting
up imagej. Are you using Maven??
It really becomes an act of detective work... you need to determine the
difference between starting through eclipse and just starting imagej. Same
version of ImageJ?? Are there missing jar files or something?? Are your
plugin related files in the right spot?? Do you need any classpaths set?
What do the errors say??
