Why don't you have a look at the MBF bundle that Tony Collins has put
together at
http://www.macbiophotonics.ca/ImageJ/index.htm? It's a
really good collection especially if you are new to ImageJ and has good
instructions as well.

http://www.macbiophotonics.ca/ImageJ/colour_image_processi.htmdemonstrates a number of different colour processing tools in addition
to the one that I mentioned in the last email.
By the way, it's really easy to find these tools either by searching the
ImageJ website or just through by searching with Google.
