Has anyone devised a plugin for converting ASIPro image files, from
Concorde MicroPET scanners, to ImageJ-compatible formats?
I tried the NucMed/interfile plugins and could not get them to do the job.
I am lucky -- I have the 'Mirada File Converter' software, by Siemens,
which can convert ASIPro files to DICOM files. The ImageJ plugin
called 'Import DICOM sequence' can then bring the DICOM-converted microPET
files into ImageJ.
Still, if someone has devised a plugin for converting/importing ASIPro
microPET files, I (and others, I'm sure) would appreciate any info.
