Re: resolved - macro no longer works if setBatchMode = true

Dear ImageJ group,

I am writing with the answer to my previous query, solved by my
colleague (who has >= 5 times more experience than me!).

I had a macro that was running perfectly when setBatchMode was false,
but ceased to function when setBatchMode was true.  Apparently, from the
list archives, this sort of bug has been encountered by many users.

Strangely, we observed this bug on two different Macs running ImageJ
v1.44, but not one running ImageJ v1.43.  I also observed that the macro
functioned in Batch Mode when the call to the last function was
commented out.  To solve the problem, we copied that last function to a
new macro, and called the new macro in the old.  This was sufficient to
allow the macro to run properly in Batch Mode in v1.44j.

So, a very happy ending and a faster macro after all,
