Hi Chloe,
You could try the >Image >Stacks >Tools >Combine... function. The only
premise is that your video stacks have the same number of slices. But if
one is shorter than the other you can simply add empty (black or colored
differently) slices to the shorter stack with either >Image >Stacks >Add
Slice or using the >Image >Stacks >Tools >Stack Sorter to add directly a
specific number of slices. If you add first one additional slice and fill
it with black (or your desired color using the color picker to define the
foreground color, selecting the complete slice by pressing [a] and then
fill it [f]) you can somply duplicate the black slice as often as you need
it with the stack sorter.
