Reconstruction and visualization of Micro-CT images

Hi Guys,

I am a beginner and new user of ImageJ software. I have hundreds of image
stacks (projection) taken by the micro-CT device from concrete samples with
the .ISQ and .RSQ format. I don't know how can I reconstruct and visualize
these images.
Could you please help me and let know what are the major steps to convert
the micro-Ct raw stack data into an integrated visualized 2-D and 3-D
results? and what plugin should I use? and is there any kind of movie
tutorial or document to learn these steps briefly?
