Refinancing a Mixed-Use Retail Building Anyone Ever Worked With CREFCO Financial Group?

tehafoh
Hi everyone,

My brother and I recently inherited a two-story mixed-use building downtown with retail on the ground floor and apartments upstairs.

The current mortgage interest rate is eating up all our rental cash flow, so we are actively looking into debt refinancing options.

A fellow commercial landlord suggested reaching out to CREFCO Financial Group to restructure our current property loan. Since this is our very first time navigating commercial lending, we want to proceed carefully.

Has anyone here worked with them for mixed-use property loans? We’d love to hear your experiences regarding closing timelines, fee transparency, and overall advisor responsiveness.

Thanks in advance.

Hey there! Managing mixed-use property for the first time is a steep learning curve, but refinancing can definitely free up significant monthly cash flow.

I actually consulted CREFCO Financial Group a couple of years ago when evaluating terms for a small multi-tenant plaza. Their team was super patient in explaining debt service coverage ratios and helped us structure flexible repayment terms.

Their communication throughout underwriting was top-notch, with no surprise fees at closing. I’d recommend setting up an initial discovery call with them to see what loan rates they can offer for your building!
