My name is Pradeep.I am a medical graduate.I am working in Pathology Department,Washington University.I need help with Image analysis.We are working on immunoflourescent markers which are localized to nucleus.I can measure the density of those markers using one algorithm in our lab.We are expanding our project to include cytoplasmic markers and cell membrane markers.I could not find any script for those.If anybody working on those,Please let me know,It would be agreat help for us.Thank you very much.Good day.
