Hello Everyone,
I am new to use ImageJ, I have a 2048x2048, 6.5 micron pixel-size, cmos camera connected to my optical setup, I exactly don't know for some objective lenses what is the magnification of the lens? I have one objective with 7.5x mag, How can i estimate the magnification on the computer screen.
How can i set the scale for my camera for different objectives
How can i test for resolution with a stage micrometer ? I want to calculate FWHM. Is it only possible with beads ?
How can i record videos for certain duration, I recorded for 5 minutes, but I am unable see the video in micromanager, but in normal tiff image viewer, I can see the stacked images.
Can anyone also help me with calculating delta F/F for fluorescence recording, can anyone help me with a macro ?
