Region Growing - Noisy Image

Hello all,

I have attached an image stack of the heart, showing blood pool in each chamber split into 32 time bins, with each bin representing a different time point in the cardiac cycle. I would like to semi-automatically grow a region of interest around the left ventricle (which is very faint in the centre/right of the first image in the stack). for each of the 32 frames.

Are there any suitable plugins available for this purpose. I am concerned that there is not ample statistics to accurately determine the ROI for each frame and a better starting point may be to determine the global ROI first for all time points.

Any guidance or recommendations?
