Hello All,
I'm looking for a plugin or any java code that I could implement in
ImageJ that would do region growing or segmenting. I've gone through
the ImageJ plugins that do this, specifically the Segmenting Assistant
and the Snake plugins and have had limited success. The segmenting
assistant works most of the time but there are a number of volumes
I've tested with no success at all. I'm mostly concerned with doing
skull striping when automatic skull striping in Mipav fails.
I'm willing to implement any other libraries that support region
growing in ImageJ, so if you know of any let me know.
