Register Virtual Stack Slices in a script

Hello again,

I am trying to run "Register Virtual Stack Slices" in a script, but it pops up a window to select the initial image to align to selected.

Is there a way to embed that file selection in the code?  It doesn't register anything in the "Record" window when running the plugin.
