Request for Plugin or Macro

I would like to use Image J 1.48v (Windows) for estimating the
histochemical staining intensity (pixel density) based on light microscopy.
Please help me by providing suitable Plugin or Macro for doing the
automatic analysis of images for estimating the staining intensity (pixel
density).
