Request help to quantify intensity of stained cells

Dear All,

I need to quantify the intensity of melanocytes stained for melanin (Stained brown). How can this be done using the ImageJ.

I will appreciate the valuable help.

Can you send a couple of images, perhaps displaying 2 different levels?
Do you want the average value for all of the cells in the image or
individual values for each cell?
