Postdoctoral Fellowship Position in Computational Pathology at Harvard Medical School
Fellowship Description:
We are seeking highly motivated investigators to develop and apply methods in computational image analysis to the study of cancer pathology. We have collected a large database of pathology images linked to detailed clinical data and/or genomic data. The fellow will design and perform analyses to use computational image analysis and machine learning to build models linking cancer histopathology with genomic data and with clinical outcomes.
Positions are fully funded for 3 years.
Requirements: MD and/or PhD with a background in computational image analysis, bioinformatics, and statistics, with a strong publication record. Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English.
