Hello All,
I realize that this topic has been discussed, but I thought it appropriate to post nonetheless as the currently existing threads were unable to resolve my issue.
I am dealing with some CT data of a cylindrical object and have noticed that separately thresholding the outside and inside of a cylinder in the middle of the stack allows fine adjustment of noise levels in the outside. At the beginning of the day, all I had to do was make a circular ROI on the top of the stack and then apply Brightness/Contrast or Threshold to manipulate the pixels. This worked several times, and then mysteriously stopped functioning. I have tried updating, restarting, reloading, etc., yet the problem persists. Can anyone walk me through their process for this? There must be something I am doing differently that I am not aware of...
Thanks!!
Let me know if you need any more details about the problem.
