Hey Zhengyu,
A while back I had the same desire to get the Pearson Co-efficients. I
ended up tweaking the JACoP source files so that the Pearson
Co-efficient will be copied to the results table. From there, it's
pretty easy to get at. I don't recall exactly where I made the change
in the code, but I can track it down if you need it. I can send you the
modified package off-list if you want to give it a try. I tried to
attach it to this email, but it got bounced because of the attachment.
