Retrieving the path of the currently active text window

Hello,

Is there any way to retrieve the filepath of the currently active text window in a macro?
I can't find any such method in the documentation.
Something like getInfo("text.filepath"),
or perhaps getInfo("window.filepath") that will work with any window, not only image windows.
