Hi all,
We currently have an ELYRA system from Zeiss in our facility. This comes with the ZEN software that allows SIM reconstruction.
But our wish now is to see if something else exists that will allow us to reconstruct SIM images in order to compare and, if possible, not be dependant on Zeiss.
I tried some FIJI plugins, even some Matlab ones but still not finding something that is as good as the ZEN one. The latest one I tried was fairSIM. It gave okay result at least on the image I'm testing it but the major problem is that it only gives 2D SIM reconstruction. You need to use the plugin for every z plane.
If any of you have ideas about plugins that I could try, it would be welcomed !
