Hi all,
I am looking for a SIM reconstruction software and I was wondering if anybody knew one, even if not on ImageJ (hoping this is still worth asking here).
I tried some :
- SIM Toolbox: couldn't manage to make the SR-SIM work and the MAP-SIM reconstruction seems a bit weird.
- openSIM: didn't really understand how the experimental algorithm was supposed to work. Everything is hard coded for a montage of 3x3 images so no use for other images...
-fairSIM: works, not the best results though. And the problem is it only works on 2D images. I saw on Github that the developer said that it would take a few weeks to implements 3D images but that was in February ..
If you have any other recommendation, let me know ! :)
