SPE movies

Luciano Marpegan
Hello everybody, I'm trying to open SPE movie files with the openSPE plugin
but it only opens the first frame. So what I'm doing now is splitting the
movie into single .spe images with the winview software and then import
them as an image sequence with imageJ. But I would prefer to do everything
using imageJ. I know a similar question was posted in November 2004 but I
couldn't find any answer to it in the archives. I hope someone has an
answer now.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Best,
Luciano.

In Winview you can save the .spe file as a 16 bit .tif file.  ImageJ will
open this as a stack.  You can then split the stack into individual images
in ImageJ if you like.
