Hi,
I have been having trouble saving pixel dimensions to DICOM files in ImageJ. I've used the LOCI plugin and the Tudor Plugin. The LOCI plugin opens the files with the correct pixel dimensions, but there is no option to export to a DICOM. When I save using the Tudor plugin the X and Y pixel dimensions are set to 1.000, which is not correct. Opening with Tudor has the Z dimension to set 1.000 as well, but opening the saved file with LOCI has it set to the correct value.
Is there another plugin or a different method I could use in order to save dimensions correctly, and then open the file so that they are retained?
