Saving arrays to a new worksheet in an existing xls file

I've been looking for a solution to save up to 200 arrays in a new worksheet in existing xls files using a macro. The "Excel Toolbar..." seems to have it all. I just haven't found any macro functionallity for this plugin. Is there a way to get this done from within a macro?
