Saving current slice as .tif

mehulmvora
Hello - I wanted to know if there was a quick way to save the current slice in an opened stack to a .tif?

Thank you!

Use the Image > Duplicate... command (control+D) to duplicate the current
image plane, then save that as TIFF using the File > Save As > Tiff...
command.

Just duplicate the current slice (i.e. make sure that "Duplicate
hyperstack" is switched off in Image>Duplicate...) and save that image.

If you need that often, you can even record a macro and save it in plugins
(under a name ending in .ijm and containing at least one underscore so it
shows up in the Plugins menu).

Ciao,
Johannes
