Saving manual cell counting data

Manabu Manandhar
Hi,
I am trying to save manual cell counting data. I usually do a screen shot to save the results, but I want to save the data, so that I can come back and work on it again later on. How can do it?
Thank you,

Hi Manabu,

You can use the ROI Manager. When you double-click on the Point Tool, you see various options. Select Add to ROI Manager. Then at the end, save the ROI set from the ROI Manager window. You can then load it back at a later stage and add to it, etc. It stores each point selection as an ROI.

Kind regards,

Jacqui
