Scion FrameGrabber

I have a Scion LG3 frame grabber installed in an old PC and I want to
install it on a new computer working under Windows 7 32bits. I tried to
install the drivers and the Scion ImageJ software provided by the
manufacturer but unfortunately these drivers dont't work with Windows 7.
I made a search on the internet about ScionCorp and the site doesn't
respond, it seems that the company is closed. Does anybody tried to
install this frame grabber on Windows 7, and do you know where i can
possibly find the Scion SDK ?

I am looking for the win2k drivers. I assume you are using those in your old pc.
