Scion VG-5 Driver

I'm looking for Scion VG-5 Framegrabber driver for Windows 98. Unfortunately all my search using Google for the past week gave me no results so far.

I've tried to contact Thomas Morton as well but firewirerepair.com seems expired.

Does anyone have this?
