Search for Image restoration plugin.

Dear friends,

I have some stacks of in vivo two-photon fluorescence images of olfactory bulb, and I want to restored more details of neuronal structure via image restoration algorithms such as iterative constrained Tikhonov-Miller (ICTM),Richarson-Lucy deconvolution,Blind Deconvolution(BD),et al.In addition, the theoretical PSF image of microsocopy  is not available.So where can I find a plugin of ImageJ to perform such image restoration to get better image quality ?

I appreciate your comments or suggestions on this subject.
