Hi,
During our data analysis, Matlab creates the following folder structure:
/Treatment/Condition/experiment/CellX (where X is a number). Each CellX folder contains two subfolders "Detection" and "Tracking". Within these subfolders, matlab creats xxx.mat files (where xxx is a specific file name). I'm trying to write an ImageJ macro which would establish a list of "/Treatment/Condition/experiment/CellX" in which either the "Detection" or the "Tracking" are missing the xxx.mat files. Any suggestion?
