Seeded Watershed

I am interested in performing watershed analysis on an image using a
different image to mark basins to avoid over segmenting?  Does anyone know
if there is an ImageJ plugin that can do this.  I am currently thinking of
moving most of my image processing from MetaMorph to ImageJ and/or Matlab
and need this feature.
