Segmentation problem ...

Giannetto Comis
Dear all,

we are trying to work out a (seemingly) simple segmentation problem:
we need to trace multiple, adjacent, ROIs on an image (that is, to
divide the image into several areas, something like a puzzle), and
then assign different integer values (1, 2, 3 ...) to the pixels
inside each ROI. Is there a simple way to do it in ImageJ?

Thanks in advance.
Giannetto

Giannetto, if you need a tool to auto-magically segment images (i.e. magic
wand), please look at http://yawi3d.sourceforge.net.
