Select Don't Save

Thank you to Chris Coulon and Aryeh Weiss for your help with my previous question. 
 
I saw the more recent post by Colin White regarding "Plugin command to close window..." and I am having a similar issue.  After running Particle Analysis>Otsu16Bit, I run Particle analysis>nucleus counter and a window opens (ij.gui Don't Save Save Dialogue) asking "Save changes to "Threshold""
 
I am writing a plugin and would like to have a code that will select "Don't Save" or cancel the window without having to manually click on the option.

Currently the start of the sequence is: IJ.run(imp, "Nucleus Counter", "smallest=50 largest=1000 threshold=Current smooth=[Mean 3x3] subtract watershed");

at the end of the execution, a save changes dialog appears
