Selecting ROIs from only one slice in a stack

I am a new Fiji user. I'm guessing that my problem has a simple answer, but I just can't find it.

I have a stack with 24 slices. Each slice has about 1000 ROIs (identified using Analyze Particles). The ROIs from all the slices in the stack have been added to the ROI manager. So I now have about 24,000 ROIs in one long list. I would like to select ROIs from only one slice and then export them to Excel. How do I do this?
