Selecting round cells as ROIs

1 post
Hello, I am looking for a way to automatically select (non-adherent, round) T cells as ROIs within an image. My intention is to replicate those regions of interests in the adjacent channels and for instance measure fluorescence intensity. I found a plugin online called 'multi cell outliner' but i cannot get the plugin to work in ImageJ (compilation error). Does anyone have an idea? As the cells are quite round I think a particle identifier could also work.

Here is an example of one of my images(only WF channel): https://dl.dropbox.com/u/11562565/S3%20C1%2020x%20before%20aCD3%20moving.jpg

Thanks in advance!
