I suggest you read the ImageJ user guide at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/guide/146.html People on this list will answer one, maybe two very basic questions covered in the manual, but not a lot more than that, and certainly not if you send them multiple times. Hi rabih,
You can't use Set Scale if you don't have a reference to use. What kind of images are you using? If they are from a microscope, then you can use a micrometer slide to take a reference image and then use those images to calibrate - set scale. As they all said... There is no magic, if the information is not in the image... If you can reproduce exactly how the image was taken you could obtain a calibration ....
