do anyone how its possoible to select the origin (0,0) on a particular pixel on a image using ImageJ? By default, the pixl (0,0) is located at the upper left corner of the image, and I need to slect as pixel (0,0) the central pixel of the image.

you can set the origin for any image using the Image/Properties
Juan,

you can set the origin for any image using the Image/Properties dialog.

Generally speaking you can easily find many answers with the search tools available at

http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/search.html

or why not directly in the online manual at

http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/index.html

You can also search this mailing list archive at

https://list.nih.gov/archives/imagej.html
