you can set the origin for any image using the Image/Properties
Juan, you can set the origin for any image using the Image/Properties dialog. Generally speaking you can easily find many answers with the search tools available at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/search.html or why not directly in the online manual at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/index.html You can also search this mailing list archive at https://list.nih.gov/archives/imagej.html Leo. ----- Original Message ---- From: Juan Francisco <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Thursday, April 5, 2007 10:09:13 AM Subject: Setting origin of an image with Image J dear all: do anyone how its possoible to select the origin (0,0) on a particular pixel on a image using ImageJ?
