Can someone help with with an thresholding issue? I have images which are hundreeds of pinpoints of light - which in 3D with the z axis being intensity - would look like pyramids. I was wondering if there was a macro or a plugin that would SET or RECOMMEND a threshold to maximise either the (a) circularity or (b) set diameter of the resulting dots accordiing to the users input. The threshold could then be used for quantification. I can do it in reverse with the circularparticles.txt but ideally I suppose would like the macro/plugin to iterate through thresholds until it reaches the optimal threshold
