ShapeLogic 1.0 declarative programming plugin released

New features:
* New simpler lazy stream based approach to declarative programming.
* Easier to make user-defined rules.
* Comes with a number matching example in 130 lines of code.
* Development status is now beta.
* Enabled Java 6 Scripting for evaluating expressions.
* Tested with Groovy, JRuby, JavaScript, but should work with other
supported Scripting languages, currently there are 25 of these.

Now that ShapeLogic is in beta status I would like to submit it to the
ImageJ plugin list hosted at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/index.html.
Does anybody know how to go about that?
