Sholl analysis plugin - question about multiple images analysis

Hello,

I would like to ask if anybody has tried to use ImageJ Sholl analysis plugin (by Tiago Ferreira) to
analyse multiple images at once using some kind of a macro or scripting procedure (so that the results of
the analysis of each image would be automatically saved somewhere)? Thanks!
