I am looking for a visiting scientist (6 - 9 months) to work in our Remote
Sensing Lab (
http://csam.montclair.edu/~chopping/RSLAB/) to contribute to
our NASA EOS project. We are located in Montclair, New Jersey, only 45
minutes from Penn Station, New York, NY.
Brief description:
http://csam.montclair.edu/~chopping/jornada/EOS/RSLab:
http://csam.montclair.edu/~chopping/RSLABI am looking for skills that might be appropriate to feature
identification in high resolution remotely-sensed imagery. Knowledge of
image segmentation would be particularly useful. Researchers with
experience in medical imaging may have appropriate skills.
Examples of the imagery we are working with:

If you are interested and are looking for a short-term graduate or
post-doctoral position in the NNJ/NYC area, please get in touch via email.
Thanks.
