Shortcut for installing macro

Stein Rørvik
The keyboard shortcut for installing a macro (Ctrl-Shift-M) no longer works; obviously this shortcut was recently assigned to the command "Make Montage" instead since version 1.42x.

Why ??????

I assume a lot more people need to work with macros than montaging stacks.
When using an external editor, having to visit the menu instead of using a keyboard shortcut whenever the macro has to be reloaded is very cumbersome.

Also, I do not find any easy way to override this.
The "Create shortcuts" menu refuses to reassign a shortcut that is already in use.
That the shortcut for installing a macro is Ctrl-Shift-M is written in the documentation,
and such a frequently used shortcut should never have been changed.

If it for some reason is not possible to put the shortcut back the way it was, can someone post me an example startup macro that is able to reassign the shortcuts permanently ?  Just creating a macro in the startup macro that launches with the given shortcut does not work since that is lost when the macro I work with is loaded.

Regards,
Stein R.

The shift+M keyboard shortcut for installing macros is restored in the
v1.42p daily build.
