Dear Mia,
I think if you go to the main menu and select File > 'Export as CSV' you will be able to open the saved file in excel.
Best wishes
Kees

Subject: Simple Neurite Tacer - export paths
Hi All,
I've been using the Simple Neurite tracer a lot to count spine density on my hippocampal neurons.
I would like to ask if anyone knows how to export the numbers from the "All Paths" window in a way that can be read by excel?
What I do now is copy pasting that list, however, the actual "length"
information (which is the info I would like to retrieve) is in the middle of a string of words, so it's hard to extract this information as a number, so that I can calculate the average length of all my paths, for example.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Thank you
