Simulation of TEM images

jumpfunky
Dear ImageJ-Users,

I want to simulate TEM images of nanoparticles (or agglomerates of
nanoparticles, e.g. polystryrol spheres, 100nm diameter). Maybe someone
of the community does know if there is any software out there which is
capable to do this?

Kind Regards
Thorsten

Many are available but SimulaTEM handles clusters / particles well and is
available free. Search for SimulaTEM on ScienceDirect. I think the journal
was Ultramicroscopy. If you cannot find it I can get you a more specific
reference on Monday. We use Professor Stadelmann's JEMS.
