Hi
I need to count the number of localised objects per image frame from a series of images. I’ve tried a number of PALM/STORM plugins for ImageJ/FIJI and haven’t found any that record this information and output it at the end of the localisation process. If any body knows a plugin that can do this that would be fantastic.
