Skeleton 2d/3d doubt

Pablo Munoz-2
Dear ImageJ user:

I have a doubt regarding with the skeleton pluggin. When I use it, I have a
summary of the results of the branch etc, but I am wondering if there are a
way to identify the cell corresponding to every results that is showed in
the results tables, to know if it is corresponds the number to the image.

Waiting for your answer

Kind Regards

Pablo M

Dear Pablo,

In the "Branch Information" table you have the calibrated coordinates of
all branches and the skeleton ID of all of them. You should be able to
identify the corresponding voxels in the skeleton image based on these
numbers. Does it make sense to you?

Best,

ignacio
