Slice info lost in ROI manager (ij 1.46r)

Jochen Cammin
Hello,

I have a stack of 32 bit raw images (1024x1024x371). I define ROIs and
add them to the ROI manager. Unfortunately, it seems that the slice
information is not stored. The name of the ROI is, for example,
0000-0183-0243. This is in ImageJ 1.46r which I just downloaded from the
webpage.

It worked fine in an older version (1.44o) where the slice number is
stored with the ROI so that when I click on the ROI it jumps to the
correct slice (and the ROI is named, e.g., 0198-0183-0243).

Is there any way I can get this behavior in the current version? Is it
maybe a bug?

Thank you,
Jochen

This bug is fixed in the current version of ImageJ (v1.47g). You can upgrade using the Help>Update ImageJ command.
