SlideJ - a plugin for automated processing of WSI

Vincenzo Della Mea-3
Dear all,
it's years since my last contribution. I am back here to introduce SlideJ, a basic plugin that allows to process Whole Slide Images (aka digital slides), by splitting them in configurable tiles using Bio-formats and applying to each tile a user configurable macro. It's like the batch macro execution, but for digital slides.

Code and some macro examples here:
https://github.com/MITEL-UNIUD/SlideJ

Kind regards,
Vincenzo

Hi Vincenzo,

Very cool. Have you considered documenting this plugin on the ImageJ wiki
at https://imagej.net/SlideJ ?

See also https://imagej.net/Distribution

Curtis
