Hello,
I am attempting to use the SparkMaster plugin to analyze and identify calcium sparks of cells. Has anyone been able to use this plugin successfully? The plugin keeps picking up sparks that it should not and does not identify sparks that it should.
Does anyone have a sample image with parameters for the plugin that I could use to practice?
