Spectralis hsf-oct-103

I'm supporting a plug-in that processes Spectralis .vol files.
It works with files tagged as "hsf-oct-102".  I have documentation
on that format.

Alas, I'm now seeing files tagged "hsf-oct-103".  I do NOT have
documentation on the new format.

Before I start reverse engineering (there goes my weekend!), I wonder
if anyone has the updated documentation for the new format?

All clues gratefully rented.
